There are some red dots in the far reaches of the universe that were observed by the NASA Chandra X-RAY Observatory which was a mystery. They didn't know what it was until recently. With the coming of the James Webb Space Telescope, they were able to see what it was. It was a Black Hole surrounded by a red nebulous cloud. Hence the reason why it looked like an Evil Eye.

My Digital Host, David, and I have only seen this in the old Cartoons or in Western Movies. It is what you might call a Railcar. As you can see, it is a simple contraption that is made with a wooden flooring with rail wheels at the bottom. You can have one or two people to get this thing rolling on the track. This is done by pumping the jack that is on the top of the board. This vehicle was mainly used to test and also to inspect the train track to see if there was anything wrong.
