As you can see, it is a simple contraption that is made with a wooden flooring with rail wheels at the bottom. You can have one or two people to get this thing rolling on the track. This is done by pumping the jack that is on the top of the board. This vehicle was mainly used to test and also to inspect the train track to see if there was anything wrong.
